Teacher, foodie and ceramicist serving wholesome food on her handmade ceramics.

Krystle Manning is a high school English and drama teacher, recipe developer, food photographer and long time healthy foodie, specialising in nutrient dense recipes free of gluten, dairy and refined sugar. Krystle was diagnosed with Graves’ Disease in September 2016 after a stressful time in her life. She had always been health conscious but has since increased her focus on nutrition and lifestyle, removing gluten completely and eating more organic foods and vegetarian meals. She has also removed all toxic self-care and cleaning products, changed jobs and started ceramics, yoga & meditation to reduce stress and adopt a more holistic approach to wellbeing. Krystle spends lots of time in the kitchen and researching autoimmune conditions, how to manage the symptoms and how to ensure they do not develop further, including the role of food in this process. If you're a foodie, health conscious or have an autoimmune disease yourself, she hopes that joining her journey of discovering the role of food and lifestyle and its impact on health conditions will be valuable. Enjoy some delicious recipes without compromising the health of your mind, body or soul.
